Troubleshooting miners to find a high-level diagnosis of any potential issues they have.

We can install and monitor cameras onsite as an additional security measure.

We can build custom dashboards to monitor every aspect of an operation, including power usage, generator alerts, network statistics, and more!

Temperature monitoring, air pressure monitoring, humidity monitoring, etc.

If your container has an exhaust fan, our technicians are trained to diagnose and fix any possible issues that may arise.

Included with every plan, we will either clean the containers’ filters or can replace them on a regularly scheduled site maintenance plan. Filters are an additional charge, prices can vary based on containers.

Replacing basic items on a miner such as fans, power supplies, or control boards without the miner ever leaving site.

We will manage the inventory of parts and supplies on-site. This ensures a faster turnaround time for miners requiring basic maintenance.

We use industry-standard miner operations management software to operate our clients’ sites. We are responsible for all costs and labor associated with this service.

Fans, Power supplies, Control boards, etc.

Bitcoin mining isn’t always as simple as “just plugging in a miner.” We have professionals who know how to architect and administrate proper network configurations for efficient operations.

Our team will closely monitor your site to ensure optimal operation of the miners. We can do this from anywhere in the world, whether our technicians are on-site or not.

We are always available to troubleshoot and fix problems with sites.

Setup fees include labor for racking miners, power cables for each miner, ethernet cables for each miner, running both sets of cables to each miner, and configuration once powered.
